Alternatively, small delivery labels can be printed and stuck onto the individual publications detailing the delivery address or marking them to be saved in the shop for customer collection.
Deliveries can easily be frozen for holidays or any other reason, or retained in the shop for collection by the customer at a later date. By linking with our text messaging module, you can instantly notify the customer that their items are available by sending a message direct to their mobile phone.
Vouchers can be redeemed as payment with the software automatically calculating the value, while credits for missed deliveries or other loyalty benefits can also be issued and comprehensively monitored. You can create your own promotional vouchers, gift vouchers and pre-paid gift or account cards.
